Ponderosa Ranch is a brand new cabin that is loaded with everything our guests have always asked for!
On the main floor is the Master bedroom with Queen bed, full bath, a huge kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and an outdoor screened in deck. On the Upper Floor are two more bedrooms both with Queen beds and a loft with sleeper sofa. The crown of Ponderosa is the lower level with one HUGE bunk room containing FOUR bunk beds (8 beds) so all the kids can hang out together. The lower level also has a gaming room, two televisions, one a large flat screen; a large pool table, the hot tub and a full bathroom.
Ponderosa Ranch has a huge parking area and can accommodate 8 cars. There is a huge outdoor fire ring and it is on a private large wooded lot. Close to the indoor recreation center, the cabin offers use of all resort amenities.
Resort Amenities include one heated indoor pool or two outdoor pools - Fish Pond (stocked) - tubing down the Coosawattee - Six Parks - 18 hole miniature golf course - Tennis and Basketball courts - Rec Center with Game Room & Gym - Teen Center - hiking trails.
For returning guests we offer a 10% discount on both your nightly rate and your extra people charges.
1 Week Minimum Bookings for
New Years, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
3 Night Minimum for
Memorial Day and Labor Day.
